East Las Vegas drivers: a southwest triangle that keeps you near the house.

You run between Nevada Arizona Utah and California and stay close to home sometimes taking your 34-hour reset there. New CDL grads are trained and paid.

What you earn

• Paid $800 a week in training
• $1000 a week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
• $1000 to $1200 a week once solo
• 1900 to 2000 miles a week
• $15 stop pay
• Weekly direct deposit

Your week

Southwest triangle lanes drop and hook live loads and live unloads. Home every two weeks sometimes for your reset in between.

From CDL school to your own truck

1. A recruiter calls you and reviews your CDL and driving record with you.
2. Orientation 2 days at most. Hotel paid one-way bus ticket reimbursed $300 for orientation once hired.
3. 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor: backing trip planning logs and fueling. You are paid $800 a week.
4. Your own assigned truck about 1.5 years old on average automatic or 10-speed. For your first 3 months solo your pay will not drop below $1000 a week.

Straight answers for new drivers

• How often will I see home Every two weeks sometimes for your 34-hour reset too.
• I am not good at backing yet. Nobody is on day one. You practice for weeks with a mentor beside you before you drive alone.
• Does my CDL school count If it was 120 hours or more yes.
• Do I pay for orientation No. Hotel covered bus ticket reimbursed and $300 once you are hired.
• What if my first solo weeks are slow You still get at least $1000 a week for your first 3 months solo.

To qualify

You must be 21 or older with a Class A CDL. New drivers need at least 120 hours from a CDL school; otherwise 6 months of recent experience. We accept up to 2 moving violations in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 10. You will also pass a DOT physical and a hair and urine drug test.

Once you pass 30 days
