Responsibilities
- Develop and manage talent pipeline to ensure mutual alignment with the client's requirements.
- Participate in the hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, coordinating and managing backgroud checks and drug testing process.
- Maintain confidential candidate and employee records in internal system.
